The oldest Bowl Game in College Football, the Rose Bowl is traditionally played between the Big Ten and Pac-10 (12) winners. Located in Pasadena, the game has tons of pomp and circumstance surrounding it, including the fame Rose Bowl parade. To earn a spot in the game the Wisconsin Badgers had to defeat the Michigan State Spartans in the Big Ten Championship game, which they did in a high-scoring affair on Saturday night at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indy. The Badgers are led by QB Russell Wilson and star RB Montee Ball, and finished the season with an 11-2 record. The Oregon Ducks had a much easier road as the Pac-12 was very weak this year, and the Ducks only had to beat 6-6 UCLA to earn a Rose Bowl berth. Being that it’s not too far south, Ducks fans will flock to Pasadena for the contest, as will Badgers fans, who have considerably farther to travel. While Tickets are sure to be hard to come by, they won’t be impossible, just make you get them as soon as possible.
