2012 ACC Championship Football Tickets on Sale 8/31
Charlotte, NC is the current home for the much anticipated 2012 ACC Football Championship. Bank of American Stadium will feature the winner of the Coastal division against the Atlantic division winner in front of 70,000-plus fans. The important meeting will be contested in Charlotte until 2013.
Last year’s game provided a one-sided matchup between the Virginia Tech Hokies and the Clemson Tigers. The game was close at halftime, but Clemson rode an MVP performance from freshman QB, Tajh Boyd. Boyd accumulated 240 yards and 3 TDs en route to claiming Clemson’s first ACC title since 1991. This game served as a launching pad into the Orange Bowl for the Tigers.
2012-13 will be a new season all around the ACC. Some of the powerhouse names of the past are back in the mix and looking to reclaim their shot at glory.
